The JEWELS OF SAN MIGUEL are three casitas that were formerly the guest houses for a large estate in Centro, and are overlooking the city of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Each casita has its own unique style and their own private entrance and terrace. Our casitas have open floor plans and offer breathtaking views of the city. We pride ourselves on providing reasonably priced accommodations yet all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. It's a must for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Casitas

Each casita is autonomous and decorated in their own individual style. Each has their own exclusive terrace. They all open to the central courtyard at the entry, then open out to the city from inside.

Free Wifi

We offer the fastest internet available, it's fiber optic, we understand you have to be in contact with work and family and make every effort to provide seamless connection to our guests.

Housekeeping

The housekeeper & all around "point person" to keep you comfortable. She tidies up the casita each day. She checks your water and empties your garbage daily.

Entertainment

In addition to complimentary Netflix our streaming apps feature live programming and sports worldwide as well as television series and movies, this too is provided free of charge. See binder info for instructions if unfamiliar with streaming.

Terraces

Each casita has its own private terrace. They face West so have gorgeous sunsets. The Jewels are different from other rentals that only have views from the roof terrace, the view at the Jewels can be had from INSIDE the casitas. (Except for Opal, it has the view from the "outdoor living room/Loggia")

Laundry

Vacation doing laundry? Our housekeeper is happy to do light loads of laundry for our guests. She will wash/dry/fold and deliver your clothes to your casita so your days are filled with fun, not chores. (It's outside of her normal duties so we ask that you tip her for her efforts).

We recently traveled to San Miguel on a last minute scouting trip for our wedding. Most places were already booked up but a few days before, we checked back and noticed this amazing property was available. We emailed Bebe and she immediately confirmed, nice and easy! And boy did we score! The pictures are fantastic and do it justice (at dusk). You want to spend at least one sunset in the room, it's amazing. What the pictures can't articulate is that the room is HUGE. Lots of room, everything you need, from jugs of bottled water for brushing teeth, drinking, etc. Bebe and staff are so accomodating, checked in all the time, made sure we were set. And though locals will tell you it's not in the Centro, it's SO EASY to walk down, we did it everyday. If you like to walk (we're from walking city) you'll be more than fine. If you don't like to walk, taxis are very easy and affordable. Never had an issue. Cannot wait to come back soon, this time with our family and rent out all three rooms. If you have a group, seems like a perfect house! Highly recommend. House, location and owners are fantastic. Can't go wrong.
